Condition Report:
The VG70 ventilator powers up and completed the initial power on tests successfully. System tests and Pre-Use tests were carried out and passed, except for O2 sensor that needs cal and back up battery which is not charged. Touch screen and rotary selector knob are working fine. The function menus, ventilator modes selector, alarm settings and parameter settings are accessible and working. System was tested with medical gas and test lung. Good ventilation cycles were delivered with the tidal volume (Vt) and breathing frequency (BPM) corresponding to the measured minute volume (MV). Flow sensor was calibrated. Air turbine is running fine. Ventilator settings available are: VCV, PCV, PRVC, SIMV, SPONT CPAP & BIVENT with the option of Adult or Child ventilation. Unit is in good physical and cosmetic condition. Device's mobile stand, castors and brakes in good working condition. Back up battery was low at the time of testing needs charging. Exhalation valve is included. Total running time: 1176 hrs15 mins.
