The SLE 4000 infant ventilator powers up and completes the system initialisation successfully. Touch screen is working and function menus are accessible. Warming of "Monitor Failure" is displayed and can not be cleared or reset. Unit comes without flow sensor. System is not working and no further tests were done. Back up battery is not working. System is in fair physical condition but not working. Vent modes: CPAP, CMV, PSV, PTV & SIMV. Operating time: 71 days 22.76 hours.
