Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist our dynamic, rapidly growing business. We need someone who is flexible and adaptable to the various duties that will be required. To include, but not limited to:

  • Managing Purchase Ledger (for our UK & German entity)
  • Invoice processing
  • Supplier payments
  • Contra entries with Sales Ledger
  • Reconciliations
  • Query resolution
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Petty cash reconciliations
  • Customer VAT relations

In addition, the following experience would be beneficial but is not a requirement:

  • Assist with Journal entries
  • Assist with Prepayment & Accrual entries

Sage 50 Accounts experience is preferred, however applicants with good aptitude for, and prior experience of, learning new systems will be considered.

We are looking for an HGV2/7.5-ton Driver to join our ever expanding company. Must be flexible, well presented, literate and numerate with excellent communication skills. Must also be physically active as you are expected to load and unload vehicles.  

We are the country’s leading medical equipment auctioneers working across the UK. Based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire working mainly Monday to Friday, however occasional weekend work may be required. Candidates must also be prepared to work away overnight when required.
