Auction Sales Administrator
We are looking for a highly motivated person for the full-time role of Auction Sales Administrator at our busy salerooms.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Customer Liaison and Reception
- Auction Sale Administration
- Support bidder registration and approvals
- Post-Sale Administration including issuing invoices and processing buyer payments
- Perform debtor control and overdue invoice collection
- Scheduling buyer collection dates and filing shipping paperwork
Keyboard skills essential with good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Full training will be provided on our in-house auction packages.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, therefore good customer service and communication skills are paramount.
Salary dependent on experience.
