Nick Tait
Managing Director
Nick Tait joined us as Managing Director to take Hilditch to its next level, driving growth in strategic industry partnerships and focusing on key growth areas in the UK and Europe. He has 10+ years’ Director level experience in Medical Supplies & Engineering services business, selling into Primary and Secondary care in the UK. He has also worked extensively with Medical Device manufacturers and brings a wealth of experience and industry contacts. Earlier career roles include a number of senior Commercial roles at GSK Consumer Health working in the UK, the Pan European territory and Russia. On the rare occasion when he isn’t working he enjoys an idyllic life at home in South Wales with family, the dog and a medicinal glass of claret. -
Barney Greig
Sales Manager
Sales are key to a successful auction and New Zealander Barney has a wealth of experience. For some reason only known to him he loves auctions and when he isn't promoting our services he can be found on a surfboard anywhere there are waves. -
Harvey Strutt MAAT
Company Accountant
Harvey is a qualified accountant who has worked for the Company as a valuer & auctioneer and has now moved into the Accounts Department, where he is feeling right at home and his experience as a valuer means he knows exactly how the auctions work! -
Henry Hilditch MNAVA
Head of Lotting & Sales
Henry has been with the Hilditch Group since 2013 and has seen us grow from strength to strength. Henry's knowledge of medical equipment, 'what's hot and what's not', is unsurpassed. -
Marcus Holmes
IT Projects Manager
Marcus joins the team permanently after some 25 years in a consultancy role designing and building the Hilditch Group systems, so he’s no stranger to them! With a degree from Oxford, he has a background in marketing and design. Amongst other things he set up up his own software business, designing and implementing systems for a wide variety of clients, including a worldwide system for medical giant Bristol-Myers Squibb. Marcus is now responsible for building on our existing success and implementing new systems to help increase efficiency for our vendors and give our buyers the best possible experience while browsing our website and buying equipment. When he's not working you’ll find him anywhere there’s water or snow - his feet strapped to a board or skis and invariably scattering wildlife and onlookers in all directions! -
Anna Partridge
Administrations & Compliance Manager
Anna is responsible for all the company admin, staff welfare, ISO certifications and compliance. After 22 years she knows the business inside out and is invariably on call 24/7!. -
Jamie Howes
Operations Manager
Jamie is our Operations Manager and is responsible for the operations and logistics of the company. With the salerooms and Transport Dept. under his wing he'll be putting his previous working experience within the company to very good use. -
Danny O'Brien
Facilities & Transport Manager
Danny is responsible for our premises upkeep and especially the two salerooms, making sure we are all working safely. He is also in charge of the Transport Dept. and makes sure our drivers are kept on the road fulfilling the numerous collections with military precision, as one would expect from an ex-army guy. -
Andrew Metcalf
Buyer Liaison & After Sales Manager
Andrew has a strong background in sales and marketing and will be utilising his strengths to source new buyers for our vast amount of equipment, as well as looking after our current buyers to ensure their journey through Hilditch is a smooth and fruitful one... -
Neill Saint FNAVA
Senior Valuer & Auctioneer
Neill spent a former life as owner and landlord of the very pleasant Neeld Arms in Grittleton. A keen golfer, he is always happy to hold meetings walking around a course! -
Alex Willis MNAVA
Auctioneer & Valuer
Alex is a valuable member of our hard working Auctioneers and Valuers. He's a keen cyclist, however with so many sales he is going to be very busy and may not have the energy to cycle home! -
Hugo Hilditch MNAVA
UK Sales Executive & Senior Valuer
Hugo is one of our experienced Valuers. Having learnt the business from the bottom upwards, he is best placed to promote our services up and down the country! -

Having finished her degree at Oxford Brookes University, Joanne was looking for a life full of excitement and thrills - so naturally, she joined us! -
Rhiannon Waldron-Smith AATQB
Accountant
Rhiannon is part of our busy Accounts Dept. and enjoys her role. In her spare time she plays rugby as a fullback, so she can easily help tackle the numerous amounts of sales that we have! -

Accounts Assistant
Michelle has over 20 years experience in the finance industry and has joined us to bolster the ranks of the increasingly busy Accounts Dept. even further! -
Olga Zachary
Sales Manager, Germany
Olga joined our European Department with a wealth of languages. As well as her native Russian, she is also fluent in German, and has a basic knowledge of Portuguese, French, Polish and Spanish! With a love of travelling, and a mother to twin girls, Olga joined us for a rest! -
Keeley Vernon
Business Administrator, Germany
Keeley has returned after a sabbatical from Hilditch to assist Olga with the ever increasing business in the German Department. Keeley is fluent in German and was a previous English teacher; she is a very welcome pair of hands! -
Laia del Alcazar
European Sales Executive, Hilditch Iberia SLU
After 2 years living in England, Laia joined us working for Hilditch Iberia in Spain. Laia loves travelling, especially where the weather is warm, like Spain, and where you can get a tapa with a nice glass of wine - so that would be Spain then! -
Ryan Strudwick
Saleroom Supervisor
Ryan has been with us for over five years and in that time has been working extensively in the salerooms. He has amassed a huge knowledge of medical equipment and is now responsible for making sure everything is ready to be lotted into the relevant auctions on time. No mean feat...! -
James Smith
Lotting & Sales Controller
James is our longest serving employee. Having been with us now for over 25 years, he has helped in all areas of the business. His knowledge of equipment and prices achieved is invaluable and this is heavily utilised whilst preparing the numerous sales. -
Ian Vizor
Sales Cataloguer
Ian is a valuable part of the sales cataloguing team and has an extensive background of warehousing and stock control, which helps keep the vast amounts of equipment moving smoothly through from delivery to sale. -
David Lankester
Lotting & Sales Controller
Dave is our go-to man for nursing home and ambulance sales, being the main cataloguer for these. He is also our Secret Santa - literally! - he has been helping the Real Santa for many years as he obviously can't cover everywhere...right?! -
Prue Hilditch
Sales Cataloguer
Prue is the youngest member of the Hilditch clan and she has a wealth of knowledge. She is a keen photographer so you can expect professional quality pictures of your medical equipment! -
Samuel Harrington

Sam joined us after graduating from University. A keen sportsman, he runs, skis, plays rugby, football and dodgeball - the last one will come in very handy here...! -

Alexandra joined us from Xograph, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the well known radiography company. She is a great asset to Europe's Largest Auctioneers of medical assets! -

Becca has joined the busy main sales office looking after our international customers. She has an extensive equine background and is the proud owner of 10 horses, her latest addition being just a few weeks old. She's shattered before she gets here...! -

Marketing Manager
Lucy joins us as our new Marketing Manager and has a wealth of experience with campaign management, digital marketing and web development. She has worked for some major worldwide brand names over the years and has now decided to concentrate all her efforts into taking Hilditch to the next level and beyond…! -
Simon Kemp
Distribution & Export Manager
Simon has returned to head our new Packing & Export Dept. which has been formed to facilitate commercial invoice requirements. As a football coach, he'll have to use this experience to manage all the balls he will need to juggle to help this department thrive..!

Roger Sanders PG-Dip
Medical Engineering Manager
Roger joined us from the Seychelles! He is very experienced in a wide range of equipment and is VRCT Registered. As well as working for over 15 years in his own country he has also set up Medical Engineering Depts and training courses for technicians in Africa. He is experienced in physical assets management, needs assessments & inventories, maintenance & repair. Roger is also heavily involved in the Amalthea Trust. -
Nazir Hamidi
Senior Medical Engineer
Nazir is a dedicated member of the Medical Engineering Department - he may be quiet, but he knows his stuff! Nazir's hobbies include tinkering with electronic equipment and electronics, and he is also a keen footballer. -
Henry Coleman
Medical Engineer
Graduating from Swansea University, Henry joined our ever-expanding team as an enthusiastic well-qualified medical engineer. -
Kevin Towell
Medical IT Engineer
Kevin has been recruited to help the Engineers keep up with demand for their vital services for Data Wiping and all things IT. He has over 15 years' experience in the IT world and will be a great asset to the Department. -
Steven Jones
Medical Engineering Business Manager
Steve is your main contact for all technical and commercial aspects of the Medical Engineering Department’s services. He is a keen rugby spectator and when not on the touchline can be found trying to improve his golf game. -
Martin Worster
Charity Project Manager - Amalthea Trust
Martin has spent nearly 25 years in education, in both the UK and East Africa, and spent 6 years as the Country Director for Restless Development in Zimbabwe. After several years as a Trustee he is now overseeing the operations of the Amalthea Trust.
